Available for Rent - Watkins Homestead (Reception House)

An 1895 country Victorian house that seats 50, accommodates up to 100 in buffet style, larger parties may rent tents for additional outdoor seating, the porch is lit with mini-lights, heated and cooled, men and woman's restrooms, and two fireplaces.  You decorate, candles and alcohol permitted.
$50 per hour (3 hour minimum) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
$330 per day (full day rental only, no hourly) - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
