Grounds Rental
If you are holding a function in one of our structures (the Chapel, Watkins Homestead, Parsonage, or Gazebo) you may decide that you need additional outdoor space or would like to have a tent. All tent rental, catering, band, etc. costs are the responsibility of the renter.
$50 per day (no tent) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
$100 per day (with tent) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Photographers Welcome.
The Village is a great place to have your special pictures taken: wedding, sports teams, fraternal organization, or family reunion. Professional photographers are welcome to use the grounds for photo shoots with certain restrictions. If you are not renting a structure, there is a $25/hour fee. Please contact us for additional information.
