Grounds Rental
If you are holding a function in one of our structures (the Chapel, Watkins Homestead, Parsonage, or Gazebo) you may decide that you need additional outdoor space or would like to have a tent. All tent, dance floor, chairs, etc. costs are the responsibility of the renter. A grounds fee of $50 - $150 may be applied for use of the grounds.
Photographers Welcome.
The Village is a great place to have your special pictures taken: wedding, sports teams, fraternal organization, or family reunion. Professional photographers are welcome to use the grounds for photo shoots with certain restrictions. If you are not renting a structure, there is a $25. Please contact us for additional information.
